FAQs

This discounted offer is only available to NEW clients and will give you a thorough orientation to Remedy, the Pilates or Gyrotonic equipment, and our instructors.
The intro pack is designed to give you accountability and help you figure out how and when you will work this into your schedule. Private sessions are by appointment and offered from 6am-8pm, based on instructor availability, and we have a variety of group classes throughout the day 7 days a week.
I start with the private session Intro pack or the group class Intro pack? If you are brand new to Pilates or looking for specialized instruction the private sessions are tailored specifically to you. If you do not have any physical limitations and are looking for a fun, energetic, and flowing group experience our group class package is the way to go!
